Bio

 

Bill has significant experience in the Service Management industry including roles as Senior Director of Solutions Strategy and Engineering with FrontRange Solutions, Executive Consultant with Pink Elephant and Regional Director for ARC Services.

Bill is currently working on Irvine Associates LLC projects providing IT Service Management consulting services to several customers in the healthcare and software industries. Bill provides thought leadership and strategic guidance on the implementation of IT Service Management programs and is considered an industry expert in the Service Management field. Bill also spent many years as an IT practitioner in a variety of industries including consulting services, transportation, IT management services, healthcare, broadcast media, education and local government.

 

Bill is this year’s Past President of the itSMF USA Rocky Mountain Local Interest Group.
